Document Description
The proposed project would construct 237,353 sf of development, consisting of 187,640 sf of residential space (176 dwelling units), 6,200 sf of retail/restaurant space (on floors 1 and 2), 13,595 sf of religious institutional space (on floors 1-3), and 21,070 sf of below-grade parking (41 parking spaces). The 13-story, 130-ft tall, mixed use building would include 8,398 sf of common open space, 125 class 1 (secured) bicycle parking spaces (in the basement level and on floor 1), and 21 class 2 bicycle parking spaces (16 on O'Farrell St and five on Jones St). The religious institutional space would be a replacement for the existing church on the project site.
