Document Description
The proposed project is for architecture site and approval and grading approval to allow the existing ag research facility, Shamrock Seeds, to construct a 10,000 sf, GHG, a 90 sf electrical utility building, 21 parking spaces, onsite fire protection system. The proposed 10,000 sf building is 20-ft in height and the proposed GHG are 16-ft in height. Since the subject property is located on Holsclaw Rd and in close proximity to an intersection with hwy 152, Caltrans may require an encroachment permit to review the Traffic Control Plan to avoid an project-related impacts to the State Transportation Network.
