Document Description
The applicant proposes construction of a three story, six unit building with a common private aisle providing access from Jones Road. The site includes a combination of eight covered parking stalls and four surface spaces, including one ADA accessible space. The units would each have a private ground floor patio space. In addition to the outdoor patios, site amenities include a pedestrian path connecting Jones Rd to each units, a barbeque area, a bike rack, and landscaping. The project requires the removal of all twelve onsite trees, including three highly protected Black Walnuts, as well as Eucalyptus and Monterey Pines, which are not highly protected and encroachment upon the driplines of 2 highly protected trees.
