Document Description
Branagh Development, the project applicant, is proposing the Woodbury Highlands project, to develop the 6.55 acre site with 93 residential units and a three story clubhouse on two applicant owned parcels located at 3700 and 3730 Mt. Diablo Blvd in the city of Lafayette. The proposed project also includes the installation of a section of the Lafayette/East Bay Municipal District Aqueduct Bicycle & Pedestrian Pathway located on the EBMUD right of way adjacent to the project site off of Mt. Diablo Blvd.
