Document Description
The proposed project involves the sale of five sites to the adjoining owners in order to resolve MID concerns and allow the owner to continue orchard operations. Sale of the properties would require the approval of the MID Board of Directors and related actions to effectuate the land ownership transfer. The existing recreational land lease between MID and Stanislaus County would also need to be modified to reflect boundary changes.
The project would require no physical construction or other physical effects.
