Document Description
The applicant proposes demolition of the existing 14-unit apartment building and construction of a new 21-unit condo building. The building would include a below-grade parking garage, lobby, and five stories of condo units. The overall proposed height is 55 feet to the top of roof where 55 feet is the max allowed. Primary pedestrian access would be provided from a lobby on El Camino Real. Vehicular access would be from El Camino Real. The project proposes a subgrade parking garage with 35 spaces that would use an automated parking system, as well as two grade-level spaces for deliveries and guests. The project proposes 3,086 sf of common open space, as well as private patios or balconies for each units. The project would require approximately 22 months to complete demolition and construction.
