Document Description
The project is a tentative parcel map and rezoning to subdivide 6 acres off from the main parcel and rezone it from ag intensive to agricultural industrial. The remaining 77 acres would be designated a remainder on the Tentative parcel map and remain zoned A-N and A-40. The 6 acres proposed for rezoning is not currently farmed. The applicant SunPower previously received approval of a site plan review in April 2015, to construct a solar agricultural research center which is now under construction. The research center will house up to forty employees focused on developing innovative ways to integrate solar arrays with agricultural uses.
