- CVRWQCB is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject project. The project is an EcoRestore Project and consists of replacing the Fremont Weir fish ladder with a fish passage structure; modifying the Fremont weir stilling basin; modifying the upstream and downstream (Reach 1) channels of the Fremont Weir, replacing Agricultural Road Crossing 2 with a bridge; and removing Agricultural Road Crossing 3.
