To remove and replace the existing Fremont Weir fish ladder; improve channel conditions upstream and downstream of the new fish ladder; improve hydraulic conveyance of the Tule Canal by placing six boxed culverts under an existing agricultural road crossing; and to remove an existing agricultural road crossing over the Tule Canal.
