The project site consists of four parcels containing ~7.5 acres and an existing industrial buiding (60,300 sf to remain; a 6500 sf office building to remain; and two industrial buildings to be partially demolished and relocated to a new auxiliary storage 9000 sf metal prefabricated building located westerly from the existing metal building. The main project component is the construction of a new concrete tilt-up 85,500 sf building to be used for steel storage and shipping, including 10,000 sf of office and mezzanine areas proposed at southeast building corner. The off site improvements include a new street dedication along Mountain View Ave and adjustment of the existing easterly property line and new curb industrial driveway per city standards for vehicular access to the new building.
