A SCE 66/12 kV substation to meet electrical demand associated with the operation of additional bottling lines at the existing 38.5-acre Niagara Water Bottling Production and Distribution Facility. The substation would occupy approx. 0.24-acre and would be located on a part of the existing parking lot for the Niagara Facility. No expansion of the Niagara Facility is proposed.
