Document Description
A modification to the city's existing W-1 Zone to reflect the current use of land owned by Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District and utilized by the surrounding res and rec areas that are zoned for R-1, One family dwellings; R-2, two fam dwellings; R-3, Gen res; open space, and; community facilities, and that will protect the operation and utilization of the lake. The primary purpose of the zone amendment is to address the use of district land immediately adjoining the surrounding single fam res uses, since portions of the district property are not inundated by water from the lake and allow for their development and use as an extension of the adjoining single fam res and rec uses. The affected lands are contained within numerous APN and USGS Map sections.
