Document Description
The Villa Verona Apartment Community would be a multi family residential development consisting of 376 units at the proposed project site. There would be three different building types including type 1, 2, and 3. Type 1 buildings are two story buildings with one bedroom units. Type 2 buildings would consist of two and three story combo buildings with two bedroom units. Type 3 buildings are two story buildings that would consist of three and four bedroom units. A clubhouse would also be constructed on the site as well as tot-lots, pool with spa, basketball court, and volleyball court. A detention basin would be located in the northwest corner of the property. A total of 522 parking spaces would be provided as part of the proposed project includes 372 covered parking places and 132 open parking spaces. The proposed project would also include 261,336 sf of streets/side walks and 347,278 sf of landscaping and open space.
