Document Description
The proposed project includes replacing the existing Heritage Rd Bridge over the Otay River, widening a portion of Main St, between Nirvana Ave and Heritage Rd as well as the installation of traffic signals at the intersections of Main St/Heritage Rd and Heritage Rd/Entertainment Circle North. The purpose of the project is to eliminate the bridge's Functionally Obsolete designation and raise its sufficiency rating to above 80 by providing water adequacy and standard approaches. The project site is between Main St and Entertainment Circle in the city of Chula Vista and requires city's approval of a Habitat Loss Incidental Take Permit.
