Document Description
The project involves a three story 96,898 gsf/84,174 net sf building addition located at the northwest corner of the existing Boeing S50 building at 1700 East Imperial Ave, one block west of the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd and Imperial Ave. The S50 Building, the previously constructed S50 additions on the south and east sides of the S50 building, and the parking structure will remain unchanged. The new structure will connect to S50 Building on all three floors on the northeast side of the building.
