The project proposes to develop approx 11.95 gross acres into a Pilot Flying J Travel Center consisting of vehicular fueling facilities, parking spaces, truck scale, underground fuel storage tanks, a 100-ft high sign, and a 15,220 sf commercial building. The project would be operated as an industrial use pursuant to the permitted and conditionally permitted uses allowed within the Manufacturing-Medium zone.
