Document Description
Sixth and Alameda, LLC proposes the 6AM Project, which involves the removal of existing uses and the development of an integrated mix of residential, community-serving commercial, hospitality, educational, office and cultural uses within seven new buildings dispersed across the project site. Specifically, the project would provide 412 hotel guest rooms with related conference and hotel amenities, 1,305 residential apartments, 431 residential for-sale condo units, approx. 253,514 sf of office space, an approx. 29,316 sf school, approx. 127,609 sf of community-serving commercial space, and approx. 22,429 sf of art space. The project would also provide 3,441 parking spaces to accommodate the proposed uses.
