A site plan and tentative parcel map to allow for the build out of a retail shopping center on a vacant C-2T zoned parcel within the Dunia Plaza shopping center, as well as the creation of five parcels from one existing approx. 12 acre parcel. The proposal consists of approx. 112,000 total sf among five major tenants and two buildings with individual tenant spaces ranging from 4,500 to 42,000 sf. Primary access to the site will be served via improved off-site connections to Bear Valley and Amargosa Roads.
