Document Description
The city of Firebaugh intends to construct an extended aeration activated sludge system that will allow the WWTP to produce effluent with a quality that meets existing limits and, if desired, will be suitable for tertiary treatment and recycle. Upgrades include modifications/improvements to various ponds, clarifiers, drying beds, mixer units, pumps, pipelines, and related improvements. Construction is anticipated to start in December 2017 and to finish by December 2020, depending on funding.
