Document Description
Development of one high cube logistics warehouse building having 1,063,852 sf of floor space and 188 loading docks on the site of the existing San Bernardino Public Golf Club. Other site improvements include truck courts, drive isles, parking areas, landscaping, lighting, signage, and a water quality/detention basin. Riverside Public Utility water well abandonments and relocations and Southern California Edison easement and power pole abandonments and relocations would occur, as well as off-site road improvements to the north between the project site and Orange Show Road. Government Approvals include: General Plan Amendment DCA16-11, Development Code Amendment DCA 16-11, Subdivision SUB16-08 and Development Permit DP-D16-26.
