- To comply with an amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan (WQCP) for the LA Region, the Cities of LA, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Inglewood, and West Hollywood, the County of LA, and the LA County Flood Control District proposes to develop three regional stormwater quality in Ballona Creek and making additional flow available for potential beneficial reuse via the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant.
