Request by Shelby Swayne for approval of a Major Grading Permit to construct a driveway and building pads for a single family residence and storage barn on a vacant 10-acre parcel with an average slope of 14%. The project will involve approximately 1,320 cy of cut and 1,080 cy of fill resulting in on site disturbance of 0.83 acres. Additional off site grading is proposed to reconstruct approximately 1,200 lf of Spiral Dr, an existing private road, from a 12-ft to a 24-ft width over 0.89 acres (0.60 acres of net new disturbance). The proposed project is within the residential rural land use category and is located on Spiral Dr, east of Amber Hills Way, 6.5 miles of northeast of Creston.
