Conditional Use Permit for a 42-MWac solar photovoltaic (PV) project in two phases. Phase 1 will generate approx. 3 megawatts of alternating current (MWac), and will be located on the southwest 8 acre of the Site. Phase 2 will generate approx. 39 MWac and will be constructed on the remainder of the Site. Each Phase of the project will interconnect to Southern California Edison's distribution circuits located on the corner of East Avenue H Street and 50th East near the south western boundary of the site.
