Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead 42-MW PV project developed in two phases. Phase 1, 3 MW on southwest 8 acres of the site. Phase 2, 39 MW on the remainder of the site. Project will interconnect to Southern California Edison's distribution circuits located on the corner of East Avenue H Street and 50th St East near the southwestern boundary of the site. Major components: a) a solar field of north-south rows of PV panels, mounted on either fixed tilt or single axis tracking systems on steel support structures; b) electrical collection and inverter transformer system that transforms the output voltage to 12.47 kV; c) circuits, meters, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, surge protectors, poles, and other interconnection facilities, equipment, and distribution upgrades; d) meteorological data collection system; e) civil infrastructure including driveways.
