The proposed project would redesignate the project site from Low Density Residential to high density residential and rezone the site from R-1, Single family residential, to R-4, Multifamily residential. It is anticipated that up to 223 units could be developed on the site. No other approvals (e.g. subdivision map, conditional use permit) are proposed at this time.
