Document Description
The applicant requests design review approval for alterations to a "C" rated historic structure in the R-1. Design review is required for alterations to a historic structure, aggregate additions greater than 50% of the original structure, upper level additions (437 sf), elevated decks (85 sf), skylights, historic preservation incentive (setback flexibility) and landscaping. A revocable encroachment permit is required to maintain existing improvements within the public right of way (fence and brick patios). A variance is requested to not provide the min on-site parking and to encroach into the side yard setback (carport extension).
