The project is a proposed new elementary school to be built and operated by the Lake Elsinore Unified School District. The school will accommodate up to 850 students and 50 staff members. The site is vacant and partially covered with grasses and small trees and shrubs. Ephemeral Wasson Creek flanks the site to the east. The campus will include three classroom buildings, an administration building, and a building with a library, multi-purpose room, music room, and lunch room. Other features will include parking lots, student drop-off/pick-up lanes, a fire lane, and hard court recreational areas. The east part of the campus will be developed as an athletic field with adjacent stormwater detention basin.
