- Document Description
- The project is a major revision to a CUP to allow for the expansion of an existing church facility and associated site improvements. The proposed project would construct a new two-story 9,263 sf concrete tilt-up building (8,056 sf first floor & 1207 sf second floor), play yard, a terraced prayer garden, paved parking lot, two concrete bridges and landscaped areas, while retaining the existing building. A new 2,000 sf play yard area would replace the existing play yard area and would be constructed directly west of the existing building. A terraced prayer garden would be built along the western edge of the project site. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide an expanded building facility that will accommodate the existing church congregation and alleviate the existing overcrowded parking and sanctuary conditions.
