The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has extended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0136-R6 (Agreement), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, for the project Applicant, San Bernardino Flood Control District, as represented by Arlene Chun. The Project involves a conditional extension to the Agreement to allow the Permittee to extend the term of the Agreement from April 7, 2025 to April 7, 2030. The extension also includes modifications to the measures in the Agreement and additional measures to protect fish and wildlife resources.
