- Document Description
- Note: Shortened Per Lead The authority intends to remove the existing structures and construct 56 new dwellings on approximately 4.82 acres of the site (11.62 units per acre), with the remaining area left undeveloped; the Boys and Girls Club facility will not be altered or otherwise affected. To accommodate the density of the new development, the proposed project would also amend the general plan land use designation of the site from high density residential to medium density residential. The authority would subdivide the existing site via deed to create the 4.82 acre housing site and the 2.77 acre remainder. The project will be accomplished via a combination of funding from low-interest loans, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee.
