Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of a new 12-foot by 60-foot floating boat dock attached to a new 72-foot pier. The project will involve the driving six 8-foot steel piles into Clear Lake to support the dock and six 10-inch pilings to support the pier. Pilings will be placed into the lake and driven into the lake bed until secure, normally 5 to 10 feet. Work will be conducted from a barge. The pier will be 4-feet wide with railing, placed over single 10-iches pile spaced on 12-feet centers. Walkway material will be Thruflow vinyl decking.
