Document Description
The SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The People's Grocery & Deli proposes to construct a new Well to replace the Current Well 02. Well 02 is dry. Well 02 will be destroyed once Well 03 is operational. The water from Well 03 will be used for all domestic purposes.
