The project proposes to install an escalator to the existing fixed passenger balcony. A concrete pit will be installed in the existing concrete apron and minor modifications will be made to the existing structure. The project will improve the embarking and disembarking of cruise ship passengers. The concrete pit will be approximately 4'x16'x12'.
