Issue Right of Entry (ROE) and Transfer of Jurisdiction (TOJ) to Caltrans for Humboldt Lagoons State Park to replace a failed culvert and install horizontal drains along the southbound lane on U.S. 101, at postmile (PM) 113.76, in Humboldt County. The project is needed to restore a slope failure and roadway to pre storm damage conditions. A TOJ of 0.02 acres will be approved to allow for maintenance of the culvert outlet, which will extend beyond Caltrans Right-of-Way in order to protect overall slope stability.
