Project is consistent with the exemption requirements of CCR Title 14, Sections 15300 et seq. and CCR, Title 22, Section 60101 Class 2. Water wells of substantially the same capacity. The well to be replaced must be properly destroyed or otherwise secured to prevent tampering, entry of foreign material or vertical migration of any contaminants.
