Document Description
The Frazier Park Public Utilities will consider adopting a resolution requesting a reorganization that would allow annexation of the Lake of the Woods Mutual Water Company, the Lake of the Woods Mobile Village Water System, El Camino Pines Lutheran Church Water system, and other properties shown on the attached map. Concurrent with the request to the Local Agency Formation Commission for Reorganization, the District is requesting expansion of its Sphere of Influence to be coterminous with the proposed Reorganization boundary. If approved by the District and the Kern County LAFCO. The District will assume responsibility for managing and operating the water supply system to the new District Service area in the future after funding and construction of a regional water system improvement.
