The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has issued Minor Amendment No. 1 to Incidental Take Permit No. 2081-2014-025-04 (ITP), pursuant to Section 2081 subdivision of the Fish and Game code to Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The amendment updates and changes the ITP contact person; extends the expiration date of the ITP to December 31, 2017; and extends the deadline for the required acquisition, protection and transfer of all HM lands and recordation of required conservation easements by 12 months for a total of 30 months from the effective date of the ITP.
