The proposed Project consists of vacation of a portion of the east side of Emerald Park Drive at Amenity Circle in conjunction with the Emerald Park Estates project. The Project would adjust the boundary of the public right of way to be consistent with the existing roadway and sidewalk as well as the residential lots proposed immediately to the east.
