- Covina-Valley Unified School District proposes the renovation and minor alteration of existing QZAB lab and related improvements at three sites: Covina High School, located at 463 S. Hollenbeck Avenue, Covina, CA 91723; Northview High School, located at 1016 W. Cypress Sreet, Covina, CA 91722; and South Hills High School, located at 645 S. Barranca Street, West Covina, CA 91791 ("Properties"). The proposed project includes the renovation of existing facilities and the improvements will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.

The project will involve the replacement of athletic fields with synthetic turf which will serve the same purpose as the replaced fields. The project will involve negligible or no expansion beyond the existing use of the Properties. The proposed project will not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource.
