Covina-Valley Unified School District proposes the renovation and minor alteration of existing school farm and related improvements at site facilities at Covina High School, located at 463 S. Hollenbeck Avenue, Covina, CA 91723 ("Property"). The proposed project will occur upon the existing schools premises and will not involve the acquisition of real property. The proposed project includes maintenance of the facilities and will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.
