Hollenbeck Avenue, Covina, CA 91723 ("Property"). The proposed project will occur upon the existing schools premises and will not involve the acquisition of real property. The proposed project includes maintenance of the facilities and will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.
