The project proposes to stabilize slopes at two locations along southbound I-680. Winter rains in 2013-2014 saturated slopes and caused slopes to slide towards San Ramon Creek, Contra Costa Floodplain Control District's maintenance access road and a residential area. Project will stabilize failed embarrassments.
