Reasons for Exemption
The project proposes to use and maintain existing water diversion and pond spillway facilities, with no expansion of use, replace and reconstruct an existing culvert and drainage ditch at the same location and for the same purpose and install two new small facilities. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to Section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed.
