Document Description
The project site is adjacent to the entrance to the baseball fields, near the back gate to the football stadium. The site consist of decomposed granite and grassy area. The project would include a 1,500 square-foot permanent grounds building and a 1,000 square-foot grounds storage are for the storage grounds maintenance equipment. The project would convert approximately 1,500 square feet ti impervious surface. The 1,000 square-foot grounds storage area would remain as previous surface.
