The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0172-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, West Coast Aggregate Supply, Inc.
The Project is limited to the expansion of the adjacent surface mining of Surface Mining Permit (SMP) 129 onto the 0.8-acre adjacent area to the north for the purpose of extraction of sand, gravel, and/or rock.
