Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0314-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, Hart Cattle, Inc. and Cowley Family Ranch. The Project is limited to operation, maintenance, and repair of the Hart-Haight diversion facilities. Specific covered activities include water diversion; adjusting flow control devices; and hand removal of debris, vegetation, and aggraded sediment potentially interfering with operation of the existing or improved diversion facilities up to 150 feet upstream and downstream of the diversion headgate.
