Environmental Review of a Coastal Grading Permit for a Waterline and Storage Tank Replacement. A Grading Permit has been filed for improvements to the Requa Community Water System. Improvements on fee land include pump house alterations and directionally drilling (with bore pits) a water transmission line: parallel to Sal Creek from the Requa Well to Requa Road; along Requa Road and PJ Murphy Memorial Dr. from the existing NPS well to approx. 500 feet north of Fizer Lane; and from the top of Requa mountain along an existing vegetated easement (no roadway present) traversing the north side of the mountain to the Requa well.
