- Document Description
- Minor subdivision of a 5.2 acre parcel into four parcels and a remainder. The project consists of a 5.2-acre parcel in the community of Hiouchi. Portions of the property are currently developed including two single family residences and accessory buildings. The proposed project would result in two existing residences being located upon their own legal parcels as well as the creation of three new parcels which are undeveloped. No further development would be allowed closer to the river as a result of this project. The three new undeveloped parcels are proposed to be located adjacent to the highway (i.e. not the river). The project area would require onsite sewage disposal systems on the undeveloped parcels. Testing indicates suitable soils for conventional systems. The project area is served by public water via the Big Rock Community Services District.
