- Document Description
- The developer, Cross Development, is proposing to demolish an existing commercial building and construct a 9,100 sf retail store for Dollar General. As a smaller scale formula retain chain, Dollar General sells various types of merchandise at a broad price range, including but not limited to apparel toys, prepackaged foods, beverages and cosmetics. This project is proposed on three adjacent parcels located at the corner of state highway 281 and Point Lakeview Road in Kelseyville. This site is a highly visible, prominent location, so particular attention should be paid to building architecture, landscaping and lighting.
