Document Description
The City of Lodi constructed a 70-acre Expansion Pond (388 af) & associated conveyance infrastructure at the City-owned White Slough WPCF (Project). The pond will store disinfected, tertiary-treated effluent produced by WPCF for irrigation of 790 ac of land that surrounds the WPCF. The Project will provide additional supplies for ag irrigation & to offset groundwater pumping. The Project would be funded by DWR Prop 84 Grant Funding Program. City of Lodi certified & approved MND on 3-15-2017.
