Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of diverting Squaw Hollow Creek during low flow using temporary cofferdams and piping, allowing Project work to be conducted in dry conditions. The cofferdams and piping will be removed after project completion. De-watering will occur within the Project area. Wet concrete will be placed into the wetland in dry conditions after fully de-watering the work area. The Project will permanently impact 0.017 acre/113 linear feet and temporarily impact 0.052 acre/124 linear feet of waters of the United States.
